I don't know about pre-delivery inspections - can you tell us what we're entitled to? I'm dying to go in and see the unit! Only update I have is that the garage walls appear to have been painted a few weeks ago.

I wouldn't put too much stock in what the sales centre says, they don't really know what they're talking about. I was told by them occupancy would be May 2013, and called Rob Falus after who said no way, on track for Dec-Jan. This was a few months ago, so I guess it could have changed a bit, but...

We will be moving in to our unit, but I do think that it makes sense to hang on to it for a few years while fuse, Metro and Shoppers are built, as the area is only going to become more in demand, driving up prices. Our plan is to stay for a few years at least and then re-evaluate.

Yes, it will be the lower levels first, floor by floor. I was told that we will move in as they are completed the interiors 2 floors above our floor.

We are also on 6 and got a call last week, and went in last night. The packages aren't bad (#4 is what we picked), the only thing I'm really upset about is having carpet in the bedrooms...

Phase 1 has granite counter tops. Can't remember re: ceramic backsplash. I went by last weekend and there was some significant progress, the outer walls were on a lot more floors.

I spoke with Rob Falus on Thursday last week. He said that a letter is coming soon to move the date. He said they had a site foreman that was not working out and since replacing him construction has been moving much faster. New estimated move in date is End of Dec 2012 or Jan 2013. Units on...

I biked by the site last night and they are progressing well. They are currently putting up the walls on the 7th floor. I also noticed last week that they are already installing the HVAC tubing in the lower floors (I think 1-3) so work is moving along well.

Yes, they're working on the 6th floor currently, probably for another week or so (they're going at a floor every 1.5-2 weeks). Anyone know when work on the interior will start?

Original occupancy date was Sept 2010. I don't know anything about Tarion rules etc but I too was under the impression they could extend it only twice, then everyone would have the option of withdrawing... On a good note, drove by the site last night and they are working away on the 6th...

was just at the site, floor 4 is done, and they've started on floor 5.

I'm still optimistic for the fall. The progress they're making is great, and I do think its feasible for at least the lower floors to be in within then next 7 months. If they're on the 4th floor now, and working at about a floor every 1.5-2 weeks, I think a late fall move in is possible...

I went by the site Saturday night, and although I didn't take a picture, i was amazed at the progress. The walls on the north side of the site now go higher than the outside wall/barrier! I'll try to go back this week and take a picture.
