its hard to tell from the photos, but from what you guys have seen, does it look like they're building both phases simulatneously or have they been focusing on phase 1?

noticed the website for phase 1 and 2 is now gone. upsidedowncondoprices.com now redirects to fusecondos.com they done advertising/selling?

so does anyone know what the status of phase 2 is? is it going to be built at the same time as phase 1? what does it look like from the digging? contract for phase 2 states an occupancy date of december 2012 which can be delayed until december 2013.
