Seems like it takes away too much from the existing retail streetscape. If they could build tall rental above and have more retail at ground floor it’d be better for the neighbourhood.

A new middle eastern place, "Shawarma Frenzy" has opened on the east side of Pape between Floyd & Cosburn (can't remember if it's north or south of Gowan). Has anyone tried it yet? We had some takeout sandwiches from the new BBQ place across from McDonald's a few weeks ago and they were decent...
