Correct, there's technically two "cat" parks planned. 1. Love the detail with the birds! The bins... not so much. 2. Public art component looks pretty much identical to the one outside of 250 Wellington St W. Anyone have details on this piece/artist?

Some significant upgrades to the Bloor/St George intersection, part of the general Bloor St Reconstruction between Spadina/Avenue.

I'm not sure if you mean the building on Bathurst, but that one looks like it'll be cleaned up for A Diffferent Booklist's new home!
