Does anybody know why there is no starbucks at yonge and sheppard? Its mind boggling how Yonge sheppard doesnt have a good sized location looks like a big loss on opportunity
I was asking as in ..does that mean now the construction is done with raising of the floors not literally what it means but i think i just answered my question lol
So it's a rental project that was shifted to condo depending on demand that may change to rental again? So that means it's subject to change? I have heard so many people saying it's rental and now it's changed to condo subject to condition?
I believe this is a patio on top of the second floor of the yonge sheppard center overlooking the yonge sheppard intersection. This is not a on road patio
I disagree with Sunny
What do you mean this areas demographic doesnt like patios? How are they different?
I for instance would love to see a nicely set up patio like that of jack astors and cafe landwer which we so lack of and is doing very well in the neighborhood
I dont know the cactus location will probably have the largest outdoor secondfloor patio overseeing the sheppard avenue which would be the only one around the area why would it flop? I think alot of the young professionals around the area will hang out
The keg and the cafe landwer is doing so well i dont see why cactus would flop? Theres actually no competition like cactus club in the nearby areas closest one i can think of is jack astors?
Does anyone know if this building will have an led light decoration on top of its residential podium (kinda like the aura led lights) i personally think NYCC need something like this for its skyline
Does anyone know what kind of retail establishment we may get in this building?? Hopefully not a supermarket chain again we already have many selections in this area
