Toronto Metropolitan University (Ryerson) Campus Public Realm

Final touches to the lighting being completed. I see one dead tree for sure but might be a second and third one as well. New chairs and tables look great will be interesting to see how these are secured, not sure if they will be put out this year. This is just the main area and am certainly...

    Toronto St Michael's Hospital Patient Care Tower & Emergency Department | ?m | 17s | St. Michael's | NORR

Why did they put the dark grey awning there. It's so low and makes the area extremely dark. Part of the building already blocks that area further up

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I swear cops do this on purpose... there’s lots of room just beside the bike lane

I have a view of the eastern half up close and so far they have started to gut the top three floors and a bunch of stuff at the bottom. I have been regularly awoken by metal studs being pushed out of the windows and hitting the ground at 7am.....

I live in Dundas square gardens. The front desk and security are on the "sky lobby" at level 5. You can go to any level straight from the ground floor. There are a set of high rise elevators and mid rise elevators.

No bike parking out on the street for whatever reason. I wanted to check it out quick but couldn’t find anywhere

    Liberty Village pedestrian link

was there not enough room for a long ramp? I think that would encourage people to use it more.

Yonge Street Revitalization (Downtown Yonge BIA/City of Toronto)

Looks pretty awesome. I wish the went for more pedestrian only areas especially around Ryerson but the closing off of some parts will definitely discourage most drivers!

They are installing a bunch of rebar on the north side for something Also of note, not sure how demolition works but all of the rooms still have furnishings. You would think the would have been removed by now.

    Toronto Toronto | Waterworks Building Redevelopment | 47.55m | 13s | MOD Developments | Diamond Schmitt

will there be a development there or a continuation of the park?

    Toronto Toronto | 41 River Street | 17.98m | 5s | Percy Ellis | Studio JCI

I hate this development. They always put their pylons in the bike lane!!!

    Toronto Toronto | CN Tower: Entry Pavilion, Plaza, Renos | ?m | ?s | CLC | Arcadis

will be interesting where this ends up at Ryerson. the main part of the campus was just redone so I doubt there. My bet is it will be in the pitman quad as that dump of a place always has some sort of popup

https://www.toronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/9703-PIC_Nov_Boards_v15.3_low-res.pdf Check out option number 3 on page 16. Its the only option that does this so let them know how you feel at the next public consultation.

Anyone know what is going on at cherry and king?

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Is this what was being hinted at on blood and university?

    Toronto Toronto | Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

The park beside monde looks so sad, there’s never anyone there, the water features are always off and after the smallest rainfall it floods. The look and feel of Daniels public realm is much more positive to me as a regular Toronto resident

    Toronto Toronto | TOOR Hotel / The 203 Residences on Jarvis | 108.2m | 32s | Manga | Arcadis

There are trucks that constantly park in the bike lane on Shuter in front of this as you can see in the photos. There is tons of parking on shutter and a laneway beside. Would they have some sort of permit to do this or are they doing so illegally? If they are doing so illegally, who should I...
