revised building image looks great...besides the lane-way screw-up. nice to see a fresh approach to a modern midrise building. was getting kinda bored of the all glass box look. as per the rezoning submission drawings...it still appears there is over 30 ft between the two buildings. It is funny...

I am hoping there is a more balanced discussion at this community meeting. The last one seemed to be overrun by the typical nimby crowd and Perks trying to politic the crowd. It looks like the developer lowered the grid/brick frame to 8 floors vs the original design with the higher frame. I...

didn't say they were lucky...just that the heritage portion of your building is nice looking. wouldn't it be 36 ft b/w the two buildings? 5.5m setback on each property between facing windows? Are you the Conservative supporter that bought a condo looking onto a under-utilized redevelopment site...

City living i guess. lots of other conditions like this throughout the city. at least RWL residents who knowingly bought a condo looking onto/over a large/obvious redevelopment site will get to look at a architecturally impressive building. Also nice for future buyers at 383 Sorauren...if you...

Let's hope the building actually stays this way. It seems like City Planning and members of the community were putting a lot of pressure on the developer to to reduce the height of the exterior brick grid.

Love the look and location of this development. It is hard to find even a shitty house in this neighborhood for under 800k. Hopefully this building will provide a range of different unit sizes and prices. The demand for Robert Watson Lofts to the South of this property seems to be really high.

this is exactly the type of mid-rise development that the City of Toronto needs. Smart design, as close as you can get to public transit, and in a location that real people want to live. two thumbs up! I have not previously heard of NorthDrive, but am very impressed so far. Hopefully the typical...
