Yep. Some sites in tight areas mobilize a whole bunch of these, like Westport Condos in Port Credit recently (below). TV City has a few underground levels I believe so it could also end up looking like the photo below by next spring.

I recall In8 saying they wanted the building vacated last year Dec 31 so they could demolish the buildings this past spring. So much for that, unfortuantely. In the meantime, looks like some very preliminary early interior demo has started per these photos:

How rare and nice for them to share their total project cost! That makes it easy to run the numbers against their sales material to calculate their profit. I think it's safe to assume that figure accounts for soft costs, in which case Lamb will walk away with $131M profit, over 25% on this one!

Wasn't that path what we now call King St/ Hwy 8? I really appreciate these pieces of history, so if there are indigenous roots in the Wilson St path, I would love to know where you learned about that.
