Is there a finalized plan for how Queens Quay meets with (new)Cherry and possibly merges with Lake Shore? I feel like if the plan is some sort of streetcar linkage they might need some space, no?

I need a statue for the Knapp Roller. But really. Imagine they built something like this Make it like a Wychwood Barns or Brickworks with event space for community stuff, have some permanent exhibits on the lakes, Portlands, etc. Obviously doesn’t need the same footprint as a shipyard. Though...
