The way the corner glass connects to the curve looks so good.

There's lots of other 19th century commercial buildings like this, divided and compartmentalized almost beyone recognition, that could use the same treatment. Like this...

I think unused awkward lawns like these should be renaturalized/reforested, it would improve air quality, provide more of a seaparation from the street, improve the ecology of the area, and get rid of pointless lawn maintenance costs. If not trees, then fully replaced by native shrubs/flowers.

They pay for the corner site and increase density for their project, integrating the restored heritage house in the podium.

I feel like that old house on the corner should have been restored as part of this project. It looks pretty shabby.
