Too bad something similar to this wasn't proposed. This would have looked so great in that location. Park Lane Honolulu.

I like that third proposal a lot more than the boxy (cheese grater) photos circulating around. I think this photo was one of the original designs, which in my opinion is the nicest one.

As long as they redesign the current design to something more modern, I'll be happy. Because right now, podium aside, this is one of the ugliest buildings proposed. The initial proposals were way better.

I wonder what Stantec is planning on doing with their existing building in between the bell tower and the new Stantec tower. Hopefully a tear down and a new tower!

We need more projects like this to continue to expand our skyline. From an economic perspective, why would you turn it down? You've got people willing to invest into our city. Revitalizing downtown is heavily dependent on approving projects like this. More foot traffic more means more money...
