Who are the Japanese to talk, they build everything themselves and buy next to nothing from no one with the exception of raw materials.

Food vouchers don't work. The homeless trade them for cigarettes and alcohol.

The people sleeping on those benches are there out of choice. The new massive Salvation Army homeless shelter at Jarvis and Shuter is half empty most days.

What makes no sense is that they continue to build shelters east of Yonge. For example, Jarvis between Queen and Dundas is a disaster. There are multiple, major homeless shelters all within 2-3 blocks. Not sure how city planners allowed this but it's a disgrace.

TCHC does not take selling drugs out of units lightly.

You do realize that TTC ticket takers make more than $15 an hour, right? If you take into consideration their pension, they make an incredible salary for what they do.

Make sure they put in proper gym equipment. I've seen some of their previous buildings, crap gym equipment.
