Alexander The Great Parkette Revitalization (Greektown BIA, FFLA)

I like to sit outside, most of these restaurants this is the only outdoor space. Your argument is less one against patios, and more against cars for most people.

Looks like 25 floors of 34, so just under 75% of the way there. I have to imagine the eastern crane had gotta be coming down soon.

Yes. The parking is on the ground floor surrounded by retail, and the parking continues above the retail. Floor 1, Mezzanine, Floor 2 respectively:

Hamilton LRT pleassse. I know not this thread, but we're dying over here. I'll leave it at that.

As long as it has windows, I love brutalism. I honestly think Hamilton Place is one of best examples I've ever seen. Montreal has got some really awesome brutalism as well. I can't imagine you studied architecture and don't have an appreciation for brutalist architecture when used sparingly...

They're definitely not flimsy holding up hundreds of tons of weight.

Parking lot being repaved behind the residence, beautiful finishing touches around the hydro transformer with asphalt...

Hamilton Toronto | Tiffany Square Condominiums at West Harbour | ?m | 8s | Sonorak

As someone who lives nearby, this site is something that bothers me every time I walk past it. Been keeping my best tabs on it, but thought I'd provide the last update courtesy of Joey Coleman. I spoke to him about this a bit online and he said there was something in the pipeline, but it appears...

    Hamilton Toronto | Columbia Student Residence | 49.6m | 15s | Plaza Imports | MSAi

Considering Columbia college pulled out of the old hotel downtown, and the new rules around international students, I'm assuming this project is dead, at least until LRT is started or complete.. I hate this section of Main St, especially this corner. The design of the building planned here...

I have to assume Coletera is using this ground floor commercial space as their offices? I've seen like 5 dudes in various work gear sitting around a table in one of the commercial units with a microwave in it. I guess it would make sense with two large developments next door, but those don't...

    Hamilton Toronto | Lime Ridge Mall Intensification (Phase 1) | ?m | 12s | Cadillac Fairview | WZMH

I'm pretty surprised they haven't been moving forward on this seeing as rental prices are blowing up, and the mall seems to be basically 95% full (what century will the Tokyo Smoke open! 😂).

I suspect it's coming sooner than later. The property has got to be worth a ton, and it's not an overly busy location from what I've seen working near it for 6 years. Even at lunch it's not that busy, and the drive thru that used to be full all the time is now barely used.

Columns for the north tower are nearly complete. It's kind of interesting because the ground is still largely dirt. Seems they'll just be pouring a floor slab at grade for this portion. Weird, not excavated at all basically. I wonder how the sales are going. I've noticed the units being...
