July 1st:

Looks as though the mechanical is being clad in black aluminum siding. The plans showed it as white, but we’ve seen that they’ve tweaked aspects of the design during execution. Not a bad thing. Also, swung by this morning and the hoarding at ground level has been replaced with chain link fencing.

May 30th updates. Seems like another level of window wall installed, and weather proofing on the mechanical level is being applied. More cabinetry delivered for installation - fourth floor. The glazing is so reflective, it's hard to see in.

I imagine after the cladding on the mechanical level is installed, there won’t be a need for the crane anymore?

A few more photos to add from today. Lots of progress at ground and mechanical levels. Didn't take a photo, but you can see kitchen cabinetry installed on the third level units. Latest communication from Brad is occupancy could happen between October and January; no firm occupancy date until...

May 2nd. Ton of activity at the site this morning. Precast mostly installed (with more being installed today). Few more floors of glazing up. Framing for glazing of amenity floor seems complete. Concrete for drive way being poured. North side. East side. South side.

April 25th. No progress at ground level, but pre-cast and glazing on the tower continues to go up. North side. Facing west. Balcony railings?

This morning. Framing for glazing at ground level being assembled. More precast and glazing on the tower installed. Progress.

Passed by the site this morning - continues to have lots of activity.

I was happy to see that they offered an electric vehicle charging station upgrade to parking spaces in this building. I wonder if this is typical now in new developments.

I don't mind this - although I was surprised to see that it will use East 55's access driveway to gain access to their loading dock and parking garage elevators, so may get congested in there. According to the Planning Rationale, the easement for this shared driveway has already been acquired...

Not sure if this has already been asked, but any purchasers in this building on this forum? I'll be a resident on the 9th floor. Latest comm from Brad is everything is still on track for a September occupancy of the unit (which feels realistic).
