Something must have happen for this tower not to be at grade right now! But it looks like they're going down about six storeys in the middle of the pit. just by counting the staircase scaffolds seen in the photos up above! That pretty deep to put in a 250 to 300m tower in lol!

Yes I know that it's the Niagara municipalities have their own hospitals. That are going to be dismantled to create bigger hospitals in strategic areas. If funny we had one in each municipality. Now the Niagara region population is growing and we have to share one big hospital for two or more...

I think this is located right off the QEW Side road . This is a high huge development for this area lol!

The problem with Niagara Fall's hospital location right now is that there's a railroad that splits the city in half. Making it hard for emergency vehicles to cross from one side to the other when a long train passes by lol! And that's why they have to use the hyway to get around the city...

I live in this area and both hospitals the one on 4th Ave in St Catherines and this one on Montrose Rd in the Niagara Falls area parcels of land. Where donated for free in order to put the hospitals there from what I heard. A good way to save tax payers money I guess. But on the up side of...

Sure it can! This tower catering the rich in the right area Yorkville the millionaire row of Toronto lol! With It's well detailed slim facade which with hardly create huge shadowing in the area during the day. Compared to some of these bulky unappealing shadowing towers like Concord Skys!

There should should be an exception for letting unique classy looking towers keep their height range for their monumental beautiness in the area lol!

Very nice looking tower that blends in with the antique apartments below ! I love the bay windows and balconies that are held up with columns that portray an antique style porch I beam and trim per floor plate. Making this a very rich looking tower which I've haven't seen in hieght range in this...

Not if they decide to intensify around it even more so with condos lol!

Very nice I would live in these condos in this quaint downtown area of Grigsby lol!

Of course they're going to increase the height don't worry lol! In fact this building should lose it's potbelly bottom section. And add it to the top to let in some light for the other future towers beside it. And look higher and slimmer like my favorite second rendering that was drafted up lol!

Well I guess it kind of makes sense to intensify this mall. Because of the Finch LRT line running north of the property on Finch Ave. I'm wondering the amount of intensification love to see the rendering lol!

It's basically a simple but affective looking tower right lol! The worst-case scenario would be that they square off the rounded corners and flatten the top this building. Then add balconies all around it yuck!!
