Love the height of the tower but the facade rendering looks cheap!

I'm talking about the five towers that either supertalls or closes to it west from this development by the future Harbour st extension route. That I'm sure you know are in contsuction or going to be built from the Menkes and Pinnacle developers.

I can see this parcel of land developing slightly taller towers being close to those high end skyscrapers and supertalls to the west of this property lol!

I would like to see an iconic supertall tower take its place being situated close to the harbourfront area at the bottom of Bay st ! That can be marvelled from the Toronto Islands etc lol!

Could it be that they have a change of plans to build something higher than these towers etc. Being the reason for the delays just a thought!

I would love to see more of these towers in the Old Toronto section of the downtown core to enhanced the old world charm of that area!

This is off topic but I believe there's going to be another skyscraper that's proposed near or around those buildings in the photo up above. I think the tower that will be developed behind or above it compliments those buildings. But there are a few people that don't want it to happen. But if...

It really shows how small this parcel of land is in the photo up above. Now that they knock down these buildings down to build this 218m tall skyscraper wow! Wondering how many storeys deep are they going down? And will they keep the facade of the third building? Or will they knock it down...

Yeah the buildings are too tall to begin with and more bulkier taking up more parkland space. And covering the view and sunlight to The Well and niebouring condos, homes, etc on the north side of Front st.

Just a thought so they probably had to drill small pilot holes to make sure they are on stable ground I guess. Hope it's secure enough lol!

That means we have at least two skyscraper's out of this this development wow! About five or six skyscrapers proposals in this section from the last few days!

It looks like at least 3 out of 5 towers will become skyscrapers from this proposal lol!

Thanks for the info! But I thought they would at least drill a few more storeys downwards and use reinforced steel and concrete in caissons to further support the building. But that's not the case here I don't see it lol!

Is the excavation on the second tower going to commence right after this tower is complete?

I was wondering why they didn't go down five to six storeys for this skyscraper? It's only looks about two and half to three storeys down not adding much parking in the photos up above .

My thoughts exactly! This tower's facade is not looking like your standard all blue green glass facade seen in the rendering. There's more thick cladding around the windows having that solid dark tan look instead of the all blue green glass. And the shape of this tower does have that 1920s New...
