i had received mail that the first occupancy was now in april 2023.

i wasn't given an actual date - just an approximate late fall. now it's six weeks from "late fall" since i'm on one of the higher floors !!??!!?? originally was informed that occupancy was to begin around end of august - i assume for the lower floors. are you moving in as well?

any updates on this building - as to when occupancies may start?

that "no delay" was short-lived :( i received a letter stating there is a 6 week delay due to the strikes... i hope thats the most it gets delayed.

the only tower that they have sold units in, is the west tower ( of the two buildings facing eglinton ave ) . they are currently selling the frederick which is located south of the west tower. the east tower is being built at the same time as the west, yet units have not been sold in that...
