    The new owner doesn’t seem to trying to keep this top of mind. If they come back with a drastically cheapened project the city should withdraw the height exemptions. If the market slows they will blame that.

    This one looks thrilling. Bay and Bloor needs density and it’s one block from supertalls at Yonge. Most people here will often walk, so little impacts in transit. The design is exceptional!
