    Vaughan Toronto | Transit City Condos: TC4 & TC5 | 174.34m | 50s | SmartCentres | Diamond Schmitt

2020 Q3 Report has it at 2023 - but that seems a bit late based on how fast these buildings go up. Your move in date will depend on your floor but October 31, 2021 is highly unlikely. It's barely out of the ground.

These updates are pretty informative and give some decent shots:

Im not 100% sure but is this 2851 Highway 7? https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/toronto-2851-hwy-7-m-s-melrose.30525/ I found this https://www.c21.ca/listing/c2119230032-vincent-condos-vaughan-ontario-l4k-2m7/ and it notes 37 and 27 stories which matches the entry in Planit and the other thread.

My dad is an electrician on a Centrecourt project right now and he's doing 6 to 2. By the time I've woken up and got my brain started for the usual boring office work, he's already put in a half days worth of productive work 😫

    Toronto Toronto | Macdonald Block Reconstruction | ?m | ?s | Infrastructure ON | WZMH

No need for a render - it's going to look exactly the same.

Demo has started on the plaza.

Crane just came down here: https://i.redd.it/1cr5vty3bef51.jpg https://www.cp24.com/news/police-respond-to-reported-crane-collapse-near-river-and-dundas-streets-1.5053565 Yikes, looks bad.

    Toronto Toronto | Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown West Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Well summarized. As a reminder here were the two original Crosstown tunnel teams and contract values. It'll be interesting to see what 10 years adds to these costs:

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

You can see the three building layout and how/where things will fit in the application documents - I've uploaded the file here since it's a bit of a hassle to find : https://we.tl/t-sZM2IbOpPD

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

I was on this train, shortly after pulling out of Union, the train engineers came rushing through the train and one stopped in the small area between two cars and started wildly cranking some sort of lever - I couldn't really see - Any idea what that does and what happened?

    VIA Rail

Out of curiosity, how did you accumulate so many points and take that many segments with such little spent?

Toronto Toronto | GO Transit: Davenport Diamond Grade Separation | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Financial Submission was at the beginning of April, preferred proponent (they may do an announcement) will be the end of this month and then we can expect an announcement in the middle of summer for Financial Close.

    Toronto Toronto | Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s

Bids are not going to have different station plans, this stuff will be sorted out and finalised before it goes out for a RFQ. As for stations put one at Bathurst/Fort York and the Exhibition one should be on Lakeshore. Let the RER stations at Exhibition and King-Liberty take care of Liberty...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

That was Technical Submission - not sure why it was announced at that stage. Financial Submission was early April.

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

RFP closed this week, expect some announcements in the summer and construction to last 3-4 years following that.

Toronto Toronto | GO Transit: Davenport Diamond Grade Separation | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Whoever gave you this info is using an outdated version of the RFP. Unfortunately, it's still not closed. Practically all the P3 RER projects (aside from Rutherford) have been pushed to 2019. Waiting on the Doug Ford seal of approval.
