Pretty cool how the undersides of the balconies glow orange at night from the streetlights on Colborne.

First Pic: Looking south on Richmond, Second Pic: Frontage on Lombard Street - New Cladding Possibly... not present in Rascacielo's post from last week. The third Picture shows the first floors of the tower rising around the heritage building, seen from the southwest side of Victoria Street.

PiCo has opened at the corner of Church and Colborne. Will be a nice addition to the neighbourhood.

Also the framing around the entrance has been largely completed.

Just finishing up now that occupancy has commenced - just some cladding and streetscape stuff along the Adelaide entrance

not exactly stellar composition here, but it looks like they've started to set some concrete columns for the lowest parking level
