Bravo! The ground level and the tallest three towers look fantastic so I'll take the crappy 88 Queen East for it. Still a bit cautious about the height of the project but, in the end, I don't even care because I'm moving out of this awful area anyways!

It is an exemplar for mid-rise massing.

I don't know who thought to put white horizontal strips along just one corner of the building. That part ruins the building for me. Too many design elements honestly.

How was the Tushingham Factory allowed to be demolished?

I was wondering why there's those huge asphalt patches on the west side. Could there possibly be an expansion of the Peace Garden in those two areas?
