  1. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Social at Church + Dundas | 164.89m | 52s | Pemberton | RAW Design

There are just too many balconies, it's so crazy looking!! The main thing I would want from a redesign is for the sidewalk along Dundas to be just as wide as the building directly to the east of it.

Does building all this park space actually cost only $25 million?
  3. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Eight Cumberland | 170m | 51s | Great Gulf | a—A

I think that the masonry blocks add some character and depth to, what would be, a glass wall.
  4. Hamiltonian

Stockyards, The (30 Weston Rd. @ St. Clair, retail, Trinity, 2s, GreenbergFarrow)

Being from Hamilton, I can say that Nations is awesome. It has really boosted downtown Hamilton.
  5. Hamiltonian

    Hamilton Toronto | The Residences of Royal Connaught | ?m | 23s | Valery Homes | KNYMH

They have begun to install windows on the western facade. Woohoo! Gooooo Hamilton! From twitter user @bradmachry
  6. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

They've planted trees along Dundas St.
  7. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

I'm very curious as to what the crown of this will end up looking like
  8. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

I saw the lights on at like 1:45am a few nights ago.
  9. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Tableau Condominiums | 124.05m | 36s | Urban Capital | Wallman Architects

I sort of wish there wasn't a historical building here so that they didn't have to include it... I think the design would have still looked really good without it!
  10. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

Maybe large condos will drive other smaller retailers to spill into the side streets.
  11. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Brant Park | 35.36m | 11s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

This building is fantastic. I guess if I had to say one thing, I wish they had a single large window pane for each window opening.
  12. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | 16 York | 154.83m | 32s | Cadillac Fairview | a—A

Is there any chance that the office building design isn't final and is subject to change? This spot is perfect for something with a little flair.
  13. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Maybe they'll just keep going and going...
  14. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Chelsea Green (was 33 Gerrard) | 297.25m | 90s | Great Eagle | a—A

I find the PATH to be so confusing sometimes that I'm better off just using the actual street grid outside to navigate myself.
  15. Hamiltonian

    Toronto Toronto | Picasso Condos | 128.62m | 39s | Mattamy Homes | Teeple Architects

I think what would enhance this building further would be if they had larger panes of glass. Less window wall looking.
