    I still think 110 townhouses is a big improvement over the approximately 4 houses that previously occupied the site. However with Queenscorp and Village Green projects moving forward at the same intersection retail is desperately needed. Too bad it was cut out of the original proposal.

    All 3 properties included in the application are Listed on the heritage register. They are not however included in the adjacent Harbord Village Heritage District.
