My only concern with Valley Line, both legs, is how low the City's projects are for ridership for them, especially compared to Capital Line and the NW Metro Line extension. Hope the projections are just super conservative, or don't account for changes to land use due to the line.

From what I heard they delayed the international competition until early 2021. So that's when stuff should get spicy again.

Just a random thought, but would anyone here prefer if no tower was built and we just had the podium here? Especially if the tower design is a little sub par?

Looks like the plan is for next year. I think its the North side this year, South side next year, and then soft landscaping, etc. the year after. Seems WAY to long but whatever I am fine.
