Capital Line LRT
The one thing that makes me excited about the Valley Line is that everywhere it goes, there is already something there. I feel a lot of the Capital Line stops are so far from any community, even on the southern leg (south campus). Worse case scenario with the Valley Line the people and density...- danimori

I have also heard the owner of Jasper Gates on 149 st is planning on building a more intensive site where there is currently a safeway, a few smaller businesses, and a massive parking lot.- danimori
