Just saying from the viewpoint of 488 University the courthouse will block the view of NPSq from the west so that sucks, but not all is lost for 488 because the new Sick Kids patients centre will block the ugly smokes stacks.

On the upside the new patient center at sick kids will block that ugly smokes stack. Win for patients and win for the cityscape.

Does anyone notice the floor height change starting on Floor 51 to 54 and then the extra tall Floor 55?

Counting the floors (starting at Floor 20 on the base of the residential portion), it is at Floor 55 which is the top penthouse floor.

I remember seeing a city document showing the height of the building above sea level, but I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how it compares to 481 University? Thanks!

Yup the amenities are on Floor 19 and 20.

No it is a 55-floor Tower. Residential floor starts on Floor 21.

No it is 6+ mechanical. It’s on 49th floor and it is a 55-floor building.

From the skyline photo posted above it looks like the NE corner of the building can also see the south view of the lake.

This is the third postponement so I suppose is legally their last. And the April 2019 date is for one of the top floors. ;)
