The unit in the photo above is probably not much larger than 200 sq ft maybe 350 sq ft as it looks to have a room off to the left also, but with those large windows the unit will feel roomy for its size.

I thought everyone here was from SSP, but it seems quite a few (about half) are from other sources.

I'm curious how people came to to this site. Many of us are from SSP originally, but maybe some of the other newer members found this site some other way. For me I was along time SSP member.

It's turning out .....exactly as expected.

I'm not an expert, but I would say it is. The type of drill in the pic (caisson driller) is different than the types used for testing.

Bridgeland is kicking ass and taking names. Funny how Phase II of The Bridges sputtered in the beginning and took a long time to get going. Worth the wait.

Bingo. Most of the time it's not going to be an issue. The laws need to be established and defined for cases where people are being reckless. Especially flying them near the airport. I see lots of people flying drones around Crescent Hill and East Village and other places that would fall into...
