I like both tower and podium, the wood paneling though artificial gives a nice warmth to the area. I'm not sure about the cinder block either, but I'm guessing it'll be painted maybe?

I saw the tower earlier today with the sun on it, and it looked good imho. We'll have a better idea when more spandrel is up, but so far, it's not as bad as I was expected.

I like everything about this one. The towers look good, the podium has this weird retro look to it, and 17K sq ft of retail facing both 12th ave and 11th street. Winner.

Not too bad, wouldn't look out of place in Sunnyside, or Bridgeland.

Bridgeland is cooking. This project, even though a small one, will have a big impact on the neighborhood.

The new one is through Gravity, so maybe same design, but some changes?

It's a development called 'The Views' I don't think there is a thread for it.

It's a good sized pit, but definitely not going at a speedy pace. Annex was a ways behind back in October, and now they are at Grade.

They are already building the second tower on this one, it's a up a couple of floors already.
