I don't have any idea what's being built here, but it's coming along nicely.

I think the white is going to look good. One nice thing about whiter is it's a timeless look. This building is turning out better than I expected.

I'm not a fan of the front patio walls, but the rest is great. I'm especially looking forward to those Cedar shakes turning gray.

This one hasn't changed on the exterior, but has seen lots of interior work since my last photo. I'm guessing they are waiting for the weather to pick up so they can do the stucco.

This might be the slowest build ever, beating out The Windsor. I posted a pic of this two years ago, and it was already framed and topped out. Exterior is finished but they still don't have occupancy.

I was going to report that glass is getting installed, but was beaten to it. Anyhow, they've done about three floors now and it looks good. We'll see better when the scaffolding is out of the way.

I'm surprised it's not more than 25% sold, it has a lot going for it. Maybe it's the condo market in general?

Nothing that I’ve heard of. Best guess is that Cadillac Fairview is biding their time. I agree with you Reece, this has potential to be a valuable node. Would be nice to see them develop what’s shown in the rendering and then someone develop the other side of MacLeod.

My thoughts too. The general style isn't to my liking, but that's only my personal tastes. From a function point of view, I don't like the walls in front of the building.

I don't have any issues with these kinds of malls as long as the infrastructure costs are worked out fairly.

The cost for building a canal would be huge i would think. It would be very cool, but I wonder if the cost would be too high?

I like the Courtyard project, but those are fair points.

That’s what I’ve heard too. I’m kind of okay with 11th being an at grade crossing, but it would be nice if those parking lots disappeared and it was a bit nicer.
