Weird that you can tell without it being erected/clad yet 😅

I think it will be lovely. Fountains are just as shallow and are a constant draw across the (few) parks that have them in the city, IMO.

Northern Lights speculation from back in Nov seem rather apt. I hope the Terroni doesn't have to move, it's an institution. A pencil tower this is not though, I wish it was planned to be a bit skinnier...

So, it appears the renders on the actual hoarding do seem to match this cladding a bit more accurately? Maybe the database just wasn’t updated…

100% agree with condovo’s comment. Between these developments, the moss park redevelopment and the moss park subway station, this area will be overlooked no longer. Separately, anyone posted about the curved glass centre portion yet? 👀

If I recall, they are meant mostly to stand out at night because they will be lit up.

Between the new Donlands/Portlands redevelopment in the East and this project in the West, we are creating some pretty cool legacy recreational options for citizens. I am excited. Maybe it's just the glossy new renders though 😇.

I hope there ends up being some ground floor/atrium F&B. Would love an opportunity to stop in here when I’m on the waterfront when completed.

From today. The new “wood” panels looks pretty slick IRL. I’m a fan.

Nope, she did Rogers last year. I was there :)

Which would maybe matter if this stadium was only used for Baseball and not also Concerts + shows year round 😅 . Methinks Lady Gaga during a January snow storm wouldn't be too fun.

Cladding up on the back side of the tower now too.

I realized after taking this photo that the tower portion kind of evokes the "American Flag" with the stripes and the rectangular cut-out at the top left-hand side when looking from the west.
