Just to reiterate Keith's point about Air Canada upgrading to larger planes:
I've noticed on 2 routes that I use to take a lot for work from Toronto: Thunder Bay and Quebec City. AC has switched from Q400's to some sort of Rouge
Airbus. I haven't checked the Thunder Bay schedule but I know for...
Aren't most of the newer downtown condos essentially party condos filled with singles who rent? I'm thinking of areas like City Place
Who would want to raise a kid in that environment?
There are also Porter and Air Canada flights from the island to Montreal.
With flying though you also need to account for getting to the airport about 2 hours before your flight.
Air Canada's most popular flight to Montreal is the one that leaves Toronto at 7am. That gets you to Montreal at about 830am.
They run a 630 flight on a smaller plane.
It wouldn't have to be 50,000. Most newer stadiums are closer to 40,000.
But if it was built at the Ex grounds would there still be room for the CNE?
My prediction is nothing happens on this front. The Jays will keep playing at the SkyDome for at least 30 more years.
With the coming climate apocalypse should we even bother with Pickering?
There's a big debate in London about expanding Heathrow.

For my work I fly to a lot of smaller cities that Air Canada services.
They change flight schedules and add and remove flights all the time in these places.
Air travel isn't a right. You can't live in a small remote city and expect amazing service.
They probably would have gotten away with it for the most part but giving that 26 year old frat boy a $160k job that he was totally unqualified for tipped off the media to continue sniffing for more
Meh. Politicians showing up to these type of events is fairly standard.
It's Ford's own fault that his policies have made him unpopular. There's no sugar coating it.
I'm just sad there were no milkshakes available
