Colour keeps coming - on front and back. *Technically* they've gone away from the renders, but for once it's good. On the render, the balcony ceilings are black, but they've now changed them to the colour of the balcony wall. Minor change, but a nice addition.

Crane came down yesterday. Also, you can see the first of the balcony railings.

They appear to be staying true to renders. Although I do know some of the balcony walls they show colour on will actually be glass. I checked from south side of Kingston rd and it appears they've done multiple balcony ceilings and they have the varied hues like the render. Sort of hard to tell...

Yep, it was the same on my street on the bluffs. There'd been 8 teardown/rebuilds over the last 5 years or so and I knew of another 3 about to start - and that was only on the lower half of my street. Add in the fact a lot of the new owners of these McMansions were D-bags, I sold my POS original...

It might be the opposite, the stone veneer is the only thing holding it up. It's being reno'd right now. It's been totally gutted - even the roof joists are gone. It's only the 4 external walls. I can't wait to see what they list this for once it's done.

This morning

They've begun to dig down, so it's moving along - probably ~one floor down. The one just west of here across the street concerns me though, barely anything has happened there in 8 months. It's sealed up, but verrry slow finishing inside it appears.

That's nice, I don't really care about the ones east of Warden, I was replying to insert's mention of the 700 units ON the streetcar line.

Hopefully it brings more ridership to the Kinston rd streetcar line making it more frequent/less short turns. I'd think this is one of the best examples of the City's avenues plan in the entire city.
