    More action this morning at the Bigley building. And by the looks of it there's a lot of hard hats going into the Subway restaurant and Rug shop street entrances I'd just like to know if they're planning underground parking in such a small zone?

    Not the best photos, but I noticed this morning they have spray painted markings on the sidewalks. Beginning at the entrance of the Pawn store and ending at the Subway Does this mean they are ready to start the removal of the heritage buildings and brace the outside walls?
