    of those buildings surrounding the stadium, tip top still exists. I don't think that imperial bldg. still stands... That bldg. at the SE corner of Bathurst I believe is there as is the esso...but I think the esso is entirely new.... What else is still there?

    after looking more closely, I wonder if that building amidst some trees just left of EYCI is the old Plains Rd schoolhouse that John Diefenbaker went to in the early 1900's....

    with talk about that deck park recently, that stretch between the ACC and the Skydome could have been a great green space kinda like the millennium park in Chicago......Instead of all those condo's congesting the waterfront....It always amazes me that those in power have a hard on about killing...

    could you imagine if they had the foresight to build a subway line on king, or queen ..... I was just in montreal and took the subway everywhere... I have to take a bus after a subway in Toronto which is so tedious and time consuming....

    Thanks......interesting that they are still dumping clean fill there.....It appears that the never ending plans to develop the mouth of the don river and east of it is moving along slower than the crud in the keating........wonder how that will affect the spit.....
