When is your occupancy date? I’m on the 6th floor.

I got my statement of occupancy from my lawyer yesterday. The charges in the statement are higher than what is in the disclosure agreement. For example, parking = $80 in now $95.95 and locker $30 is now $35.99. Plus, comment elements are ~ $47 higher than in the monthly estimate. Anyone else...

Have some people moved into their units? I’m wondering if people have moved in and are living there now. I am going to go by there sometime today.

Yes, there are builder rate mortgages you can get. They are only offered by TD & Royal Bank.

I have felt the same as you at times. But I have chosen to trust that everything is going to work out smoothly. Everything is going to be fine 😊

I thought the 9th floor had both the penthouse units + common area

Would that mean that the time from firm occupancy and final closing will be at least into March 2024? All floors have to have firm occupancy met in order for the final closing to happen I would think. Can anyone confirm that.

We’re on the 6th floor and our firm occupancy date is November 29th. That’s a 3 month gap to those on the 7th floor. That’s wow…I wonder why
