The first picture could simply show that eastbound traffic was caught at the previous traffic light...hence...the lack of vehicles at Bathurst Street. Your snapshot does not prove much.

You won't get caught if you check all of your mirrors your every 5 seconds or so. Those fools probably looked straight ahead and never saw the cop coming from behind until it was too late

I'll be using the HOV Lanes even if I am the only person in my car. Might even have my buddies give me access to restricted areas too. Be happy and take advantage of these games :)
