    Endangering the lives of the crew, their families and the general public and defying Provincial stop work orders is simply not cool. If the site is in fact operating illegally then it should be shut down. Why is that even a debatable matter?

    If true, maybe that’s worse if this developer locked in his revenue while construction costs have been soaring and have allegedly brought down experienced, credible developers who specialize in downtown mega projects.

    $22 million in Section 37 money for 1 condo tower is outrageous! I would love to know exactly where that money goes. If it’s a direct community benefit and improvement that’s great but often the money does not get allocated in the area.
