Picture taken from the 30th floor of Pier 27 Tower on Monday

I was only in the north west corner unit on the 30th floor. I do have another picture of outside and a nice video. This site doesn't allow videos to be uploaded but here is the other picture looking down at yonge slip. Mostly took pictures of the inside of the unit.

I was fortunate enough to visit the 30th floor of the building. Here are a couple of pictures I took from a 30th floor balcony looking out at the city and lake.

Is it too late for the city to decide to do something different?

The article mentioned that they were looking for projects that would help transition to a clean economy so I thought this would be very appropriate.

I was able to walk by today and and speak to the security manager for the building. He told me that there is a focus on cleaning up the grounds and that the first tenants will move in starting March 17th. He also said that landscaping (both hard and soft) will begin next week for the extended...

Is three years what one would typically expect to complete the design work to 30% complete?

Walked by today. Looks like they are watering the lawn ;) External construction elevator is starting to come down today. I'll try to get more pictures of it later in the week.

Studying the feasibility of alternative portal location makes a lot of sense. Does anybody know what phasing options might be considered? Is there any related materials?

I am totally confused on where everything sits. When is the design work expected to complete? Will the design work recommend a preferred option for the portal and loop?

There was nothing mentioned about the final phase. I think I read someplace that the remaining land was for sale and the new owner would be responsible for the buildings.

Does the park have a name? I'm having difficulty finding any information about .

It was an estimate. But it was stated that Waterfront Toronto does not have it on the five year plan and the typical planning cycle is seven years.
