Looks like the parking lot is open again. Does anybody know what was going on?

The tower is now clearly rising above the base of the building. Other things I noticed; a lot of block being laid on the first floor and the parking lot beside the building was closed for renovation. Also, three floors of glass installed

The bikes that they are using in San Francisco currently are that not bad. They are electric bikes and have a nice basket in the front to make it easy to carry things. Not a bike I would personally want but for a quick ride across town it was very functional.

As was stated previously, the parking lot will go away and become a park once the tower is complete and the walkway will be extended along the water all the way to yonge.

It would be so rich for Ford to unilaterally push the expansion of mayoral powers only to have Keesmaat win.

I was just wondering if Tory will be forced to move to the left in order to combat Keesmaat.

A picture from last Saturday. You can clearly see the work started on the 10th floor which is setback from the 9th.

Wonder if the acceleration of the Lower Don development will have any effect on the urgency of the Waterfront LRT east.

Any thoughts on why the small crane is in the water?

Walked by the site tonight with my wife. Not sure if this picture adds much to what is already here but here it is.

Very nice. This one is starting to take its' shape. I can't wait until the tower starts to rise from the 11 story base.

So is the likelihood of any new transit on the Waterfront extremely low given the election results?
