That's really a good point. When I signed the papers, I noticed in the agreement unit 36XX is actually on level 29.

Thanks WeirdFishes. The agent said 36th sits just above the top of 100 QQ East.. so I took the plunge... oh well 😔

Does anyone know starting from which floor in the East Tower can get an obstructed view of the lake (bypassing the 100 Queens Quay)?
