Update for SunnyRay, Ericmacm, and Cityspace: The windows on both office buildings were replaced a few years ago and are energy efficient. They will not be replaced again during this property reno.

The south and east sides of the office building are nearing completion. The "green roof" looks sparse and mostly dead. Tons of steel beam went up this week extending the "Pivot's" footprint to the south close to 4 Forest Laneway.
