    Does anyone know what's going on in the next phase? I heard they are supposed to provide a park or daycare centre (something like that)

    How's everything? Are all amenities completed? I hope you'll get your unit without too many deficiencies. I wonder how many buyers will back out from the deal.

    I want to hear about your customer service experience. Are they not giving you any update or not even picking up the phone? How is your PDI? Lots of deficiencies? I doubt they will finish this building on time. They are just dragging themselves to the finish line.

    Is M2M finished yet? It will be interesting to hear the homeowner's feedback on the project. Not sure about Aoyuan Canada future at this point.

    It should be okay since it is only bankruptcy protection when they are buying time for debt restructuring. But don't be surprised if Aoyuan sells M2M to another developer before closing. But until now till official closing, you won't be able to sleep well for sure.

    How's the quality inside the building/common area? I wondered about the percentage of units they can complete. Maybe some people will not be able to get the financing.

    I am not familiar with Toronot's development process. What does it mean by "lifting Holding (H)"? Does it mean removing restrictions on what the previous developer (Aoyuan) has planned?

    Unlikely they'll do a Phase 2 after this. Aoyuan is selling its Canada division after Occupancy. Buy at your own risk.
