I occupied my unit yesterday. All PDI items were fixed for occupancy. Extremely impressed with Concert overall.

I like it! Looks much better in person.

Fourth floor podium lights were on for the first time tonight. Looks great! Really brightens up the block.

@ChristopherBrown PDI's started the beginning of October. I already had mine. I use the real estate thread for that information.

@surat I upgraded. Floors looks great.

I had my PDI. Unit and building look great, Concert did a fantastic job. The only odd PDI item was a bathroom fan switch located inside a closet.

BDO expanded their lease and will now occupy floors 3,4 and 5 of the office component. Concert is on 2. Concert will soon announce the two Wellington Street retail tenants (accounting for 90% of the space) while the third unit on Scott Street remains available.

Pure Fitness opened yesterday. It's located on the third floor. The escalator to reach the third floor is massive. There's also an enterance to another commercial space up here: Gym finishes are alright but the equipment selection is great:

I believe the corporate logo for BDO will be installed as they are the primary office building tentant.

To be fair, the grey doesn't actually look that shade in person. I think a filter was applied to the photo that makes it look much more drastic than it is.

Awesome shot. Love it all but the crowns middle cladding. Couldn't they have at least used the same shade of grey?
