Most purchase and sale agreements are vague and therefore account for these types of changes. I wouldn’t be surprised if legally you are not entitled to any form of compensation. A lawyer once told me that condominium purchase agreements are generally so loosely written that legally this...

The excavators were lifted out of the site today.

I went by the other day and asked one of the construction workers how much longer they would be excavating for. He invited me into the site and gave me a quick tour - really nice guy. He mentioned that they have approximately one months worth of work left and that they have begun digging a hole...

Completely agree. I couldn't imagine sleeping with my partner in 7x7 bedroom. I personally would never buy into a unit if the master bedroom wasn't at least 10x10.

True and probably varies by condo developer.

I upgraded mine. The price wasn't that bad either...$1,800 taxes in. Did you call to see how much your unit would be? Payment has to be made once you sign the change request. You run the risk of not being able to match the colour if you wait as well. 92% sold now btw.

Same. Overall disappointed with the execution. For me, it has a lot to do with the cheap looking metal? cladding. For the area though, big win.

Guessing here but the red lights are probably legally required for a building of this height (especially given the close proximity to airport). The roofline lights are just there for aesthetics and serve no other purpose. They aren't required by law to be on.

Anyone know what type of cladding will be used for the podium? I can't tell if it's precast or limestone.

Reinvesting in an area known for clubbing! There are many other areas to live in if this vibe doesn't meet your requirements. You don't buy a place that borders the entertainment district and expect anything less. I have friends that live in this building and purchased their unit for this very...

Why would you live in this part of the city and expect anything less? The club scene, regardless of how annoying you think it is, is exactly what makes this area desirable for many.
