Spoke to someone at the sales center over the phone in regards to a deposit payment and I also asked if we now fall under the new approved construction list and was told that we do not

So I'm assuming it's definetley delayed at this point right? Excuse my paranoia as I'm a first time home buyer but there's no way it will be canceled because of this right?

i thought digging was scheduled to begin this week but maybe it's been pushed back a bit.

Something I noticed just by looking at the building floor plans is that the unit I purchased is directly connected to the elevator shaft on the 9th floor. I was wondering if anybody with experience on living in a condo has any advice on when I should bring this up to the builder in regards to...

Excited! I bought a 1BDR here and glad to see all the info on what the area will be like in a few years. I don't get the comments about this being far from downtown....then again I grew up in the west end and I love it.
