There are two schools on Doris. Good luck speeding on Beecroft, there are alot of cruisers on that street due to the presence of a police station. :rolleyes:

Slightly off topic... I noticed new fencing around the NW corner of Yonge and Sheppard. Anyone know what is going on?

Pity... It was up against the better established Smokey Joe's, Frog & Firkin and Boston Pizza. It didn't help that it was located behind a construction site. It probably would've done better once Hullmark is completed.

Are they intending to keep the runway? If so, there's your answer.

Nice pictures. When we visited the Taj Mahal, we slept in Agra the night before in order to beat the daytripping tour buses and trains from Delhi. It was very empty and serene in the morning.

Just found out that the Keg at Yonge and Sheppard (Sheppard Centre) is closing down next week. i found out from one of the staff there. There might be a possibility they will stay in the area if they find a new above-ground location. It will be missed!

Deboer's is shutting its doors. It seems like this sale nudged the owner into retirement. (nice nudge btw) Anybody know what First Capital Realty has planned for this sleepy Yonge Sheppard neighborhood? I'm hoping for something with better retail.

I think its still there if you are referring to the Rona-Lansing at Willowdale...
