Cannot believe they butchered the original early 20th century store fronts. Total loss of the historic fabric and character. Instead we get more cold and lifeless floor to ceiling glazing... excited for a cannabis retailer and mucho burrito to move in!

I miss the warm wood finishes of the 70s.

Some killer views out of this one, would probably pull the trigger if units weren't starting at $1600 a month (probably before fees too ?) North East being my favorite, would be fun to watch the development over the years from there.

Keep in mind per the news release the new tenants are calling for a third floor and rooftop patio, so we will probably see these areas re-activated and developed on the next rendering.

Any info what they did/doing to the old BMO on Whyte (82nd Ave/108st)? Walked past a few weeks ago and noticed they re-cladded it into a black box with glazing.

This is my favorite one I found while doing a school project. There's a lot of City Hall #4 designs out there since I believe it was an open competition. Looking forward to checking out the MADE exhibit next week...
