Council vote passed? Is this a resident appeal ? I thought residents cant appeal under the new OLT why would the OLT office even accept this if its coming from a resident group? I'm a little confused here.

Not much progress in the past 2 months

Sounds like bs from IN8, this project was always way to ambitious for them. Now Hamilton downtown is stuck with this boarded up drug den for 10+ years. Just sell this site to Emblem at least they are competent developers.

Emblem is really investing into Hamilton, great to see because they seem to actually work with the City and get things done.

Interesting, I walk by their sales centre at the KiWi Condos a few times a week. Although it seems to be an actual sales centre with material inside I have never seen it open or anyone inside. But nonetheless this is good.

It's pretty bare bones these days. Diavolos is gone it's just vacant, Che is now a dispensary, Hush is vacant there was a fire there a few months ago, Radius moved there from James St S but it's trying to attract an older crowd I believe it's 25+, Sidebar/RokBar/Lazy Flamingo all closed. Sizzle...
