    Brampton Transit/Zum

Personally it used to be fun going out heading on transit to different places but now it’s getting less interesting and more of a slag due to overcapacity and reliability issues. This issue seems to span across the GTA in general, but Brampton for sure has it the worst. It seems like the better...

    miWay Transit

This is why the Chinguacousy Zum (504) should go down to CCTT just like the current day 502 as it'll parallel the exact same routing from Sandalwood-CCTT while also serving Derry and the Heartland area which can grow. Don't understand why its painfully being another Steeles branch going all...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

That makes a lot more sense thank you for clarifying.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

It would make a lot more sense if it was 21C as in Erindale-Sq One-Cooksville then heading to Kipling and Union after, so Port Credit riders at least have Cooksville or Clarkson to head to. Or even if its the interlined with the 29 that already heads to Kipling. This 21S routing however makes 0...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Seems like they’re finally running buses to Union again but its not what you expect.

    VIVA + York Region Transit

It looks like they really do anything except for the one thing that is most necessary, which is increasing overall service...

    Steeles RT

If any form of a Steeles RT becomes a thing, the main priority should be at linking Bramalea-Pioneer Village-Miliken Stations first and then any extensions East/West of those points. Yeah it looks a little too parallel to what the full Queen-Hwy 7 BRT will be and the 407 transitway will be right...

So this is basically the transit version of the Rogers outage that happened last year. Usually I don't agree with some of your opinions, but this has to be some of the worst luck and now its somewhat understandable. Seriously though after this, there will for sure be some people who will turn...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

What do you guys think will be the future express service would be on the trains? Would it be like the Niagara weekend trains or would we continue to just run trains express from Union to a certain stop and then all stops after but its all day service.

Brampton also has this primarily on their Zum buses so its a bit understandable to how one might be confused with what the yellow strip does as its so inconsistent.

It would be hilariously dumb if the province charged themselves to use GO on their owned portion of the 407 but anything can happen. The 52/56 buses got rerouted to use the 407E earlier this year so it is possible for a Peterborough-407 Station route one day using the entire Highway there.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Kinda read it wrong at first and thought they were actually implementing weekend train service to Kitchener regularly. But the fact they could do this now shows that there’s a lot of progress that was made during the years.

    Toronto Toronto | Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

The future looks certain. They can keep saying this for all their updates, we'll just get Finch West, Hurontario, GO RER 100% electrified, Bowmanville Extension, Ontario Line, SSE, Eglinton West just operating from Renforth-Mt Dennis, the ION extension to Cambridge, Line 1 extensions to RHC and...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Well if they made the 56 run on weekends it would be a lot more better for the region and less need for these 21 detours. In fact there is absolutely no reason why they can't run it as the entire routing of the 56 is fully served by 3 different buses on weekends. If it did happen, hopefully they...

    Brampton Transit/Zum

This is exactly what I expected when they put out the weird schedules for the 501C. One of their replies on Twitter said that they would not implement more buses until the next service change in late October. Maybe this will be the big one of the year who knows, hopefully more buses and crews...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

Although it was frustrating that it always felt like they keep taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back all year (weekend Kitchener Line trains, direct GO bus between Hamilton/Guelph/Waterloo, Barrie/Stouffville cuts, overall overcrowding on the Kitchener line corridor on the weekends on both...

Its a shame that while we had the historic moment of the 5 all day GO lines now running all week, it is cut short with the Stouffville line being this way...

    Toronto Toronto | Union Pearson Express | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | MMM Group Limited

Actually almost 2 years ago when the London service was implemented, they went and “accidentally” added on 30 min service to Bramalea all day to the trip planner schedules. This wasn’t just any random error either, the schedules actually looked accurate and the added service ended at a certain...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Its been talked about quite a bit here but the backstory of how the 21 doesn’t go to Union anymore has to do with last summer. Traffic was insufferable on weekends to the point where getting into downtown took almost 2 hours to get into and there was also construction near the Union bus terminal...
