I'm really enjoying the new site, works a lot better on iPad compared to Urbantoronto and the new database projects are a big improvement. Be cool to see many of these changes on Urbantoronto

i can't answer regarding the paint job and tiles but i do know HVAC work is still continuing, the majority is completed but minor work is still going on like grilles in unfinished rooms

from the rumours iv heard around the site and within the company, lots of issues surrounding plumbing but AC issues may just be specific to your suite or where its located, id be pretty confident they'll eventually fix it with work still going on at the site

Like all condo projects you have constant changes from the engineers but after speaking to some of the supers at the project they feel theres always a problem. The plumbing company and not the heating and cooling company that i work at, has been causing many of the problems that people within...

yeah. I haven't been inside 1 yet but they look a bit better from a distance, thats the one feature iv always felt we were slacking compared to York although we do have a much larger system so it cost us a fortune to get same buses

I just noticed the 191 Rocket got new buses. I was sure they looked different a couple weeks ago but got up close today while going home today. These must be those new buses TTC ordered last year

If this occurred at L Tower that would be a serious mistake. I work at the HVAC company that did L Tower along with many other GTA projects that has years of experience. Would be a huge surprise if true
